Our School library is a hub of knowledge equipped with more than 2000 books . It is the most planned, peaceful as well as relaxing place meant for reading books and informative materials to gain knowledge. It has a good collection of books related to various topics. The main objective is to develop the habit of reading in students. It is helpful for staff, teachers, and children of the school.

Our state-of-the-art Computer Lab provides students with hands-on experience in technology and digital learning. Equipped with high-speed internet, modern computers, and the latest software, the lab fosters innovation, coding, and research.
Biology Lab
A biology laboratory is a room where biological studies, analyzes and experiments are carried out. Based on the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG), Infection Protection Act (IfSG) and Home Work Act (HAG), the Biological Agents Ordinance (BioStoffV) applies.
Physics Lab
A physics lab may also include some more sophisticated equipment, such as voltammeter, electroscope, potentiometer, telescopes, microscopes, spectroscopes; electromagnets etc. are used to conduct every type of physics lab experiments in school or university level.

Schools play an immense role in transmitting knowledge to students so that they have a basic understanding of the information and skills they require to progress. Education aims to prepare children to be active, responsible, productive, and caring members of society along with being active learners. School is the basic foundation of knowledge that a child receives. It provides children with the opportunity to learn about people, literature and various other necessary subjects.
At Stella Maris School, , we assist young minds in developing and managing their physical and emotional well-being, as well as living and working with others in a variety of contexts. In addition to this, the well trained faculties of the school plays a crucial role to preserve the valuable culture, tradition, and values of the society, and thus aiding in their promotion and development.
Earlier, schools were considered as places to learn events in history or solve tough mathematical problems or recite poems and sonnets. Keeping in mind the demand of the current educational structure and introduction of NEP 2020, we at SMS, promote the child to learn and go beyond the traditional way of rote learning. They are taught to develop a mind of their own and through the flexible curriculum, curiosity is promoted. The child is freed from the shackles of mental blocks and lets his/her imagination run its course. Importance of imagination is stressed upon extensively. Play en actions and an encompassing curriculum lead to a well-developed cognitive system.
Life is also about learning, apart from living. While we can learn to a certain extent from our parents, they tend to be unilateral. At Stella Maris School, children are exposed to various sources from which they can imbibe immense knowledge, instrumental for their development. Hence school is necessary for children to inculcate the workings of life.
Education forms the foundation of any society. It is responsible for the economic, social, and political growth and development of society in general. The thread of the growth of society depends upon the quality of education that is being imparted.

Stella Maris School is well known for imparting quality education. The credit for this fame goes to our experts in laboratories like Science , Maths and Computer and the available sophisticated fine laboratory. Our school laboratory is located in the first storey of the school building. It comprises of six separate rooms specified for six main branches i.e. Maths , Computer , Physics, Chemistry, Biology and one spacious composite lab. Each room is quite spacious to accommodate fifty students at a time. The rooms are well ventilated and have a very good lighting arrangement. These are well electrified to meet the students, demands. The system is designed to cater for individual and group work .
